Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineering Manager, Product Specialist to lead a team of former lawyers who advise customers and drive adoption across Harvey’s global client base. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable value.

You will coach and scale the team, shape engagement strategies, and act as a senior escalation contact for high-stakes accounts, ensuring retention and expansion in a fast-growing environment.

Competenze

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years practicing law at a top-tier law firm (Vault 50) and/or in-house at a Fortune 500 or leading tech company.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists, setting a high bar for customer engagement and legal credibility.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion in collaboration with Customer Success and Account Executives.
• Oversee customer engagement strategy across implementation, onboarding, and enablement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts, unblocking adoption challenges and reinforcing Harvey's value.
• Own team operations, capacity planning, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Build scalable playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and enablement materials with Legal Enablement and Product.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap based on customer feedback and real-world workflows.
• Shape Harvey’s customer-facing narrative with Marketing and Enablement.
