Thomson Reuters Foundation is seeking an AI engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered legal solutions. You will collaborate with AI solution engineers, architects, and legal stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into scalable implementations.

You will develop RAG pipelines, integrate with enterprise platforms, and help ensure accuracy and security of AI outputs across legal use cases.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Hands-on Python development and familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling and APIs.
• Understanding of core ML/LLM concepts, including prompt design and workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating external APIs, automating workflows, or building data pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for legal customers.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, gathering requirements and scoping use cases.
• Develop RAG pipelines and multi-component AI systems.
• Evaluate LLM outputs for legal accuracy, relevance, and citation quality.
• Translate requirements into technical tasks and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
