Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data analytics, information systems, or related fields.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, or workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, documentation, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate solution outputs for accuracy, usability, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI considerations; document risks.
• Support pilots by gathering user feedback, tracking success measures, analyzing results, and recommending improvements before broader deployment.
