Job summary

Teradata offers a summer internship focused on AI-enabled automation and process improvement within its Chief Administrative Office. You will partner with Legal and People teams to map workflows, prototype AI solutions, and support pilots while building scalable adoption materials.

Applicants should be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and be able to work through the 10–12 week internship in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Academic background in AI, data/analytics, information systems, CS, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, automation, low-code/no-code, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Legal and People team stakeholders to map workflows, pain points, data inputs, handoffs, and desired outcomes.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled and automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations; document risks.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
