Teradata's summer internship program lasts 10-12 weeks, starting May or June and ending August or September. You will work in a fast-paced, flexible, and collaborative environment and contribute to meaningful AI and automation projects in Legal and People operations.

You will partner with Legal and People stakeholders, prototype AI-enabled solutions, document workflows, and support pilots with user feedback.

Competenze

• Academic or project experience in AI, data/analytics, information systems, computer science, business process improvement, HR, or legal operations.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, data visualization, process mapping, or user research.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements and actionable steps.
• Curiosity, judgment, attention to detail, and comfort handling confidential information under policy.

Mansioni

• Document workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with Legal and People teams.
• Research and prototype AI-enabled automation for approved use cases (knowledge discovery, document intake, routing, reporting, employee support, analytics).
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, tests, prompts, and adoption materials for scalable implementation.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI; raise risks to project owner.
• Support pilots by gathering feedback, analyzing results, and recommending improvements before broader deployment.
• Present findings to cross-functional partners in a clear, business-oriented format.
