Job summary

Teradata in Boston is offering a summer internship focused on AI-enabled knowledge automation within the Chief Administrative Office. You will partner with Legal and People teams to document workflows, prototype AI solutions, and develop scalable materials for adoption.

You will learn to assess outputs for privacy, security, and usability while gathering user feedback and presenting findings to cross-functional partners for practical deployment.

Qualifications

• Academic or project experience in AI, data analytics, information systems, CS, business process improvement, HR, legal ops, or related field.
• Experience with generative AI tools, prompt design, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured requirements.
• Curiosity, judgment, attention to detail, and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Document current workflows, pain points, controls, data inputs, handoffs, and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Prototype AI-enabled automation solutions for approved use cases.
• Build reusable process maps, requirements, test scenarios, prompts, and adoption materials.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, privacy, security, accessibility and risk; escalate concerns.
