Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney, to help customers adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR for lawyers. You will operate across the full customer lifecycle, translating legal workflows into AI-enabled processes and driving adoption at scale.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and deep legal expertise in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
• Experience translating legal practice into AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience engaging lawyers and executives.
• Knowledge of legal tech and AI tools.
• Familiarity with litigation, investigations, and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Lead pre-sales conversations and tailored product demonstrations.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with onboarding and training.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to feed product and playbooks.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows with practical AI insights.
