They are seeking a professional, highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys in both litigation and transactional practices. This direct hire, hybrid role (3 days in-office) is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with accomplished legal professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
About the Role
As a valued member of the Legal Support Services team, the Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping attorneys’ practices running smoothly. From drafting legal documents to managing calendars and client communications, you’ll handle a wide variety of administrative responsibilities that directly impact case outcomes and client service.
