Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Private Client practice in Indianapolis. You will be part of a team delivering comprehensive administrative support, including data gathering, drafting, file maintenance, and billing coordination.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of legal administrative experience preferred, with a background in time entry, billing, invoicing, and calendar management.
  • Paralegal certificate or business degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in compiling data and information from clients for real property, personal property, and probate documents.
  • Prepare initial drafts and edits of probate documents as directed.
  • Assist in obtaining Letters Testamentary or other documents for estate administration timelines.
  • Track court and statutory deadlines related to estate administration and probate.
  • Create, maintain, and close client and matter files; manage conflict checks and engagement agreements.
  • Enter time for assignments, process invoices and reimbursements, and coordinate client billing.

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing a full range of legal administrative support to the assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
