• Coordinates counseling sessions with Veterans, dependents and beneficiaries on VA benefits and related programs.
• Explain VBA rating decisions and provide detailed benefit information and procedures.
• Assist with compensation, home loan eligibility, education, health care and other benefits.
• Prepare technical correspondence detailing benefit information and rights.
• May work with Outreach Coordinators and conduct inquiries to resolve benefit issues.
• Work schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
