Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; experience with fundraising databases is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute fundraising events with clear objectives and budgets.
  • Lead planning teams for galas, dinners, receptions, and donor experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and guest experiences.
  • Maintain donor records and provide timely post‑event follow‑up.
  • Balance VIP representation with donor cultivation and stewardship objectives.
  • Develop event budgets, timelines, and sponsor packages; manage vendors and venues.
