Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years frontline fundraising, with ≥4 years in legacy giving (planned giving or estate giving).
• Proven ability to develop and close legacy gifts of various sizes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and formalize the legacy giving program architecture and SOPs.
• Oversee donor engagement, create a national prospect strategy, and manage a legacy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data Services to ensure accurate donor documentation and reporting.
• Coach and mentor the Legacy Giving Associate; act as player‑coach to the team.
• Manage bequest workflows and liaise with external legacy giving agencies.
