Join to apply for the Legacy Club Bartender - Part Time role at Sage Hospitality Group.

This position is based at The Rally Hotel, a lifestyle hotel located in Denver’s downtown McGregor Square, adjacent to Coors Field and the Colorado Rockies. The hotel features 182 rooms, entertainment venues, retail, and a plaza with a stadium-sized LED screen for sports, movies, and events.

The Legacy Club is an exclusive private members club offering an upscale yet relaxed environment. We seek a professional, personable bartender who enjoys meaningful guest interactions. Shifts are generally calm and focused on quality service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Making and serving drinks following established guidelines and safety policies.
2. Providing cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact to ensure satisfaction.
3. Handling transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and room charges.
4. Completing liquor requisitions and supply lists.
5. Knowing and complying with state liquor laws.
6. Maintaining proper stock levels and performing sidework duties as scheduled.

Qualifications:

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.
• At least 6 months of bartending experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcohol.

Physical Demands:

• Lifting 20-40 lbs, pushing carts up to 100 lbs, and other physical activities as detailed.
• Ability to stand continuously, bend, kneel, and maneuver in narrow spaces.
• Climbing approximately 12 steps during an 8-hour shift.

Environment:

Physically strenuous, requiring prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying.
