Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time BARISTA positions.
• Address: Wingate University - 204 East Wilson Street, Wingate, NC 28174. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Prior barista experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards. Interacts with customers and staff courteously.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso and other drinks using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders and process payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Ensure proper presentation and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
7. Greet customers courteously and provide menu explanations.
8. Assist in merchandising and upselling.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
