Job Overview

We seek a Part Time Bartender to support our team. Your role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting culinary and hospitality teams, and ensuring smooth daily operations, making The Source Hotel a standout destination.

What You'll Do

• Follow service steps and guidelines for preparing cocktails and drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, wash glassware, and assist colleagues
• Educate guests about beverage options, specials, and food pairings to enhance their experience
• Handle payments and operate the cash register
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol consumption for guest safety
• Arrange attractive displays to promote beverages and increase sales
• Serve customers courteously and monitor inventory, delegating replenishment as needed
• Mix drinks consistently according to recipes

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year experience in hospitality, bartending, and customer service (preferred)
