Job summary

The College of Business at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) will establish and maintain a pool of Lecturers in Career Exploration & Development (ROAR Program) from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.

The ROAR program prepares undergraduate College of Business students for their transition from college to career.

Qualifications

• Part-time, non-tenure track lecturer pool.
• Teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in ROAR Program.
• Ability to develop and assess student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction for undergraduate/graduate students in-person and online.
• Develops learning experiences and aligns with course outcomes.
• Uses Canvas or equivalent LMS to manage course activities.
• Participates in program activities and supports student success.
