Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing friendly and efficient guest service during check-in/check-out.
  2. Making and confirming reservations, assisting guests with inquiries and issues.
  3. Obtaining necessary information for room guarantees.
  4. Performing Front Desk, Call Center, and related duties.
  5. Keeping supervisors informed of issues.
  6. Performing Night Audit duties if assigned to the graveyard shift.
  7. Maximizing revenue through reservation sales and proper computer entry.
  8. Providing local information and assisting with reservations for the Player Development team.
  9. Managing group blocks and maintaining departmental relationships.
  10. Ensuring accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance in work.
  11. Staying current on casino activities and guest inquiries.
  12. Handling payments, mail, messages, and safe deposit transactions.
  13. Collaborating with Executive Hosts to deliver amenities and resolve guest issues.
  14. Maintaining safety, security, and confidentiality.
  15. Performing additional duties as needed in the interest of efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in hospitality or front desk preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and money handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible hours.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and tolerate a noisy, crowded environment.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to safety standards.
