WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Provide friendly, efficient service during check-in/check-out.
  • Make and confirm reservations; assist guests with questions or issues.
  • Gather information to guarantee rooms, such as ID and credit card verification.
  • Perform front desk, call center, and other hotel-related duties as needed.
  • Keep supervisors informed of issues.
  • If on the graveyard shift, perform Night Audit duties and complete reports timely.
  • Handle reservation inquiries, including assisting with complimentary stays when appropriate.
  • Maximize revenues by selling reservations based on rate strategies.
  • Accurately enter reservations into the system following policies.
  • Provide guests with local information and services.
  • Assist the Player Development team with reservations and requests.
  • Manage group blocks, room lists, inventory, and casino reservations, maintaining professional relationships across departments.
  • Verify work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies.
  • Stay informed on casino activities and assist guests accordingly.
  • Answer phones and perform clerical tasks.
  • Ensure rooms are clean before issuing keys.
  • Handle payments via cash, checks, credit cards, and comps with proper authorization.
  • Maintain the cash bank, bill guests, and give change.
  • Deliver messages, mail, and packages promptly.
  • Control safe deposit transactions.
  • Coordinate with Executive Hosts to ensure guest amenities are provided as agreed, resolving issues promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain hotel security and safety protocols.
  • Operate the PBX switchboard as directed.
  • Communicate positively, embodying Hilton CARE Culture skills with guests and coworkers.
  • Perform duties safely and report hazards.
  • Take on reasonable additional tasks outside the job description as needed for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic math and money handling skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Capable of managing deadlines and multiple priorities.

  • Ability to tolerate smoke, noise, bright lights, and work in a busy environment.
  • Meet professional appearance standards.
  • Physical ability to stand, use hands, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
