WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Provide friendly, efficient guest service during check-in/check-out.
- Make and confirm reservations; assist guests with inquiries or issues.
- Gather information to guarantee reservations (ID, credit verification, etc.).
- Perform Front Desk, Call Center, and hotel-related duties as needed.
- Keep supervisors informed of issues.
- If on “grave shift,” perform Night Audit and complete Flash Reports accurately and promptly.
- Handle reservation inquiries, including offering complimentary stays when appropriate.
- Maximize revenue through reservation sales based on rate strategies.
- Enter reservations accurately into the system.
- Provide guests with local information and event details.
- Assist the Player Development team with reservations and requests.
- Manage group blocks, room lists, inventory, and casino reservations, maintaining good interdepartmental relationships.
- Check work for accuracy, neatness, and policy adherence.
- Stay updated on casino activities and assist guests accordingly.
- Answer phones and perform clerical tasks.
- Ensure rooms are clean before issuing keys.
- Handle payments securely, including cash, checks, credit cards, and comps.
- Manage the operating bank, bills, and change.
- Deliver messages, mail, and packages promptly.
- Control safe deposit transactions.
- Coordinate with Executive Hosts for amenities and guest concerns.
- Maintain hotel security and safety protocols.
- Operate PBX switchboard as directed.
- Communicate positively using Hilton CARE Culture skills.
- Perform duties safely and report hazards.
- Take on additional tasks as necessary to support efficiency and guest service.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality or Front Desk experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic math and money handling skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Tolerant of smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, crowded environment.
- Maintain professional appearance standards.
- Physical ability to stand, handle objects, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
