Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City seeks a Leaves and Absence Coordinator to join our hybrid team. This role supports the Leave & Accommodation Supervisor in managing leaves for both attorneys and Business Services Professionals.

You will enter and update leave data in Workday, coordinate with Payroll, assist with FMLA and disability-related leaves, maintain confidentiality, and generate leave reports for management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Leave of Absence programs, FMLA and state/local leave laws.
• Experience with Workday data entry and reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enters and updates leave data in Workday and coordinates with Payroll.
• Assists with FMLA, parental, and personal leaves.
• Coordinates with Benefits on disability-related leaves.
• Maintains leave documentation and generates reports.
