Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree with 2+ years clerical/administrative experience or an equivalent combination.
• Associate degree with 3+ years clerical/administrative experience including supervisory experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years clerical/administrative experience including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of leaves within the agency including FMLA, PPL, PFL and other leaves.
• Calculate leaves to determine eligibility, type, start date and balances.
• Prepare Director-level letters for review and signature for approved leaves.
