ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to handle daily HR operations including leave of absences, workers' compensation claims, reporting, HRIS updates, payroll needs, safety compliance, and employee records across ATCO locations.

You will support company-wide projects, audits, and policy implementation under supervision, ensuring timely, compliant HR service and effective communication with employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in HR or related field.
• Experience or knowledge of workers' compensation and leave administration is preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes.
