Job summary

ATCO Rubber Products, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources HR Analyst to support day-to-day HR operations and employee case management from the first notice of injury through resolution and return to work.

Based in Fort Worth, this onsite role handles leave management, workers’ compensation, HRIS, and timekeeping, while participating in company-wide projects and audits. The role requires coordinating claims, maintaining confidential records, and partnering with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations applicable to U.S. states.
• Two years of professional HR experience in leave, workers’ comp, payroll or benefits.
• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leave of absence and workers’ compensation from initial report to resolution.
• Maintain confidential HR and absence records and timekeeping data.
• Serve as a primary contact for employees during the leave process and communicate clearly.
• Monitor claim status, medical treatment, and work restrictions; engage external partners as needed.
• Maintain Dayforce timekeeping records and ensure accurate leave coding and pay data.
• Respond to questions on eligibility, pay, benefits, and related policies.
• Prepare and maintain OSHA reporting data and support audits and compliance.
• Provide guidance to leaders on injuries, return-to-work, and accommodations.
• Assist payroll and HR reporting while supporting safety and compliance initiatives.
