Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Internal Human Resources Specialist for Leave of Absence & Accommodations. You will manage all aspects of leave administration for internal staff, gather documentation, and ensure accurate payroll interactions during leaves.

You will administer FMLA, ADA, CFRA, state leaves, and coordinate with payroll, benefits, and IT for accommodations. Strong knowledge of OSHA records and workers' comp is required, along with HRIS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of FMLA, ADA, CFRA, and related leave laws.
• Experience with OSHA logs and workers' compensation claims.
• Strong record-keeping, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all company leave programs with case management and compliance.
• Administer FMLA, ADA, Personal, Military and state leaves from notice to return.
• Communicate with employees and managers about leave needs and documentation.
• Maintain LOA records and liaise with payroll, benefits, and IT for accommodations.
