PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) in Los Angeles is seeking a Leave of Absence Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This role administers leave programs and ensures compliance with FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA and HIPAA, while maintaining accurate records and guiding employees and managers through the leave cycle.

You will report to the HR Associate Director, Leave & Disability, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes, analytics, and reporting for leave management across California.

Qualificações

• Three years of HR experience in leave management.
• Experience administering FMLA/CFRA/PDL/ADA.
• Ability to handle confidential information and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the leave of absence process.
• Administer, track, and determine eligibility for all aspects of leaves (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA).
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain accurate, compliant case records and notify stakeholders as needed.
• Review policies, suggest improvements, and ensure timely submission of required documents.
