One Medical, part of the Amazon One Medical People Experience Team, is seeking a Disability & Leave Specialist to join HR Operations. You will serve as the internal contact coordinating leave and accommodations and partnering with our outsourced vendor.

In this role you will update Workday, respond to inquiries, ensure compliance, and support managers and employees through leave events with empathy and accuracy. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and respond to inquiries about leave and accommodations via email and tickets.
• Act as internal point of contact for leave processes and policies with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external leave vendor to ensure compliant case management.
• Update Workday with leave dates and respond to wage requests from vendor/state agencies.
• Educate managers and business partners on leave expectations and policy.
