Even with more than 9,000 people, 120 U.S. locations, and a global reach, we promise to know you and help you.

CLA is dedicated to building a culture that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.

The Leave of Absence (LOA) Coordinator provides operational and service support across our People Solutions team, with a primary focus on Leave Administration. This role supports the day-to‑day administration of leave programs and helps family members navigate leave‑related processes, while also providing support across other People Solutions functions based on business needs. The role can be based in several CLA locations.

While Leave Administration will be the primary area of responsibility, this is a cross‑functional role and is not limited exclusively to leave‑related work. The LOA Coordinator will develop knowledge across People Solutions processes and programs and may shift or expand support to other functional areas based on service volumes, team priorities, and evolving business needs. The role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and responsive service while maintaining data and process integrity and a consistent family member experience.

  • Support leave‑related reporting, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive family member information.
People Solutions Service Center & Cross‑Functional Responsibilities
  • Participate in the MyPeopleSolutions Service Center, monitoring incoming requests and routing requests to the appropriate resource for action.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for routine service requests and policy questions, providing guidance based on established People Solutions policies and procedures and escalating for guidance and resolution as appropriate.
  • Initiate, monitor, and audit Workday transactions to support data accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of People Solutions processes.
  • Provide operational and administrative support across People Solutions functions based on business priorities, service volumes, and team needs.
  • Support program administration, transaction processing, tracking audits, and other operational activities as assigned.
  • Communicate process requirements, deadlines, changes, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and process documentation.
  • Develop knowledge across People Solutions functions to provide effective cross‑functional coverage and a consistent family member experience.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
