Job summary

Aquent is seeking an HR Benefits Specialist (Leaves) to lead leave of absence and accommodation programs for a high-volume workforce in hybrid Lone Tree, CO or Westlake, TX. You will guide employee experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with vendors to deliver timely, accurate support.

The role emphasizes effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex policies into practical guidance for employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in LOA, ADA, and disability program administration.
• Experience in high-volume workplaces.
• Excellent communication with all levels.
• Experience with third-party vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer disability, leave of absence, return to work, ADA programs.
• Coordinate with disability and LOA vendors and employees.
• Integrate vendor FMLA with short-term disability plans.
• Interpret HR policies and regulatory changes for compliance.
• Respond to escalated inquiries from employees, managers, vendors and call centers.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR to resolve complex issues.
