Axia Women’s Health in New Jersey is hiring a Leave of Absence Administrator to join our HR Team. This role leads complex leave management and the in-house ADA accommodation program.

You will oversee FMLA, TDI, FLI, PWFA, NJ leaves, and coordinate with Legal. You’ll automate workflows and improve processes while ensuring privacy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a direct leave administration role.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA accommodations, STD/LTD and NJ state programs.
• Strong knowledge of NJ leave laws incl. NJFLA, TDI, FLI.
• Experience building process automation and AI-integrated HR processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end leave administration for complex cases.
• Own in-house ADA accommodation program end-to-end.
• Administer NJ state leave programs and coordinate with FMLA/ADA.
• Develop policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage leave-related benefits and deductions.
• Design automation for leave workflows and AI-assisted processes.
