Zusammenfassung

The North American Family Institute (NAFI) is hiring a full-time Leave of Absence Administrator to manage all aspects of employee leaves and accommodations across 10+ states. The role is based in Stoneham, MA with a hybrid M-F schedule.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management of leaves, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate pay and deductions, plus ADA/ADAAA accommodation processing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of dedicated leave administration experience.
• Operational knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation and state paid leave programs.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full lifecycle of all leave types from intake to return-to-work.
• Maintain multi-state expert level compliance across 10+ states.
• Serve as the functional owner for the leave management module in Dayforce.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate deductions and pay.
• Administer accommodations in compliance with ADA/AD AAA.
