Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in leave management or employee benefits.
• 3–5 years in a call center/service center environment.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Exposure to HR technologies (portal, case management, HCM).
• Detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Dependable and eager to learn.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer leave and absence programs from initiation to closure.
• Provide information on Leave policies, guidelines, and laws.
• Receive and process all leave requests.
• Assess, adjudicate, track, and monitor leave claims.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits for correct pay and benefits.
• Authorize return to work using medical documentation.
• Log interactions in case management systems.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Attend ongoing training to adapt to changes.
