Job summary

ScotiaGBS in Bogota, Colombia is seeking an organized administrator to accurately execute changes to employee leave data, align with HR policies, and respond to inquiries while supporting escalations. You will maintain data integrity, produce routine reports, and help ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, AML/ATF controls.

The role is office-based with occasional non-standard hours; prior HR/payroll knowledge and customer service experience are assets for success in this team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• CHRP designation is asset.
• Experience in customer service or contact center environments.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and payroll cycles.
• Knowledge of Bank policies and organizational structure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately execute changes to employee leave data.
• Review, process, and respond to leave requests and escalations.
• Maintain data integrity through internal controls.
• Respond to inquiries and manage escalations from stakeholders.
• Produce daily/weekly reports to assess performance against SLAs.
