Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Leave Specialist to administer employee leave programs while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will guide employees and managers, process claims, maintain records, and analyze trends to improve the program. The role supports reconciliation and helps develop educational resources for a better employee experience.

Responsibilities include handling FMLA, PLOA, PPL, ADA leaves, researching vendor issues, and ensuring accuracy of leave data across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is required.
• 1–3 years of leave administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA and HIPAA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide leave administration support to employees and managers.
• Research and triage issues with vendors to resolve concerns promptly.
• Administer day-to-day operations of leave programs including FMLA, PLOA, PPL, ADA.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave regulations.
