Job summary

Orgill, Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave of Absence Analyst in the United States (Tennessee) to own the organization’s leave of absence program from intake to return-to-work.

You will administer STD, LTD, family leaves, personal leaves, and medical leaves, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and applicable laws while protecting confidentiality and accuracy. The role involves partnering with HR, Legal, and managers across the company to assess requests, coordinate with TPAs and carriers, and

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing end-to-end leaves of absence and ADA interactive processes.
  • Deep functional expertise in FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, and multi-state leave mandates.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (UKG, ADP, Workday) and integrated leave tracking systems.
  • Excellent dispute-resolution and communication skills with empathy and discretion when handling sensitive employee issues.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert and end-to-end owner of the leave of absence program.
  • Administer short-term disability, long-term disability, paid family leave, personal leaves and medical leaves.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain and improve leave data accuracy in the HRIS and generate analytics on trends.
  • Coordinate with TPAs, disability carriers and state agencies to process claims and manage approvals/denials.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate pay integration and benefit premium payments for leaves.
