Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama and four years of directly related experience in a human resources or related setting. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills are required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in human resources is preferred. Experience in leave administration and/or a health-related field with knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
