National Veterinary Associates seeks a seasoned Leave & Accommodation Specialist to join the Benefits Team. You will manage complex employee leave and ADA accommodation cases with a centralized, insourced model, ensuring compliance and timely guidance.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Leave & Disability, you will coordinate across HR, Legal, Benefits, and site leaders, build processes, train teammates, and generate reports to improve operations and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, rehab, business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5–7 years managing leave and accommodation in a mid- to large-sized org.
• Experience coordinating statutory paid leave programs and company benefits.
• Strong case management skills with multitasking across complex caseloads.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws; ability to collaborate with leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail and autonomous work style.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate employee leave and accommodations for multiple streams.
• Educate employees on entitlements and required documentation.
• Lead ADA interactive process and implement reasonable accommodations.
• Maintain compliant case records and produce management reports.
