LCS Living is hiring a Leave Administrator to manage absence programs for corporate and community staff. You will advise on eligibility, coordinate leaves with state laws, and support return-to-work arrangements while protecting employee privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of leave of absence administration experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for leave of absence requests under guidance.
• Coordinate leave processes: verify eligibility, approve, and calculate duration.
• Respond to inquiries via leave email box and calls.
• Track absences and record time off in HRIS/timekeeping systems.
• Communicate with employee, manager, and HR on leave matters.
• Initiate ADAA process when needed and support interactive process.
• Maintain knowledge of FMLA/ADAA and other laws.
• Ensure privacy and accurate employee records.
