Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, lease administration, property management, banking, escrow, real estate law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and customer service.
• Hawaiʻi Real Estate License or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process real estate agreements for diverse land assets.
• Support end-to-end lease transactions including legal documents and approvals.
• Manage lease data and compliance across enterprise systems and reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable, delinquencies, and collections as needed.
• Assist asset managers with easements, property tax reviews, and value research.
