Qualifications

• Associate degree required; minimum 5 years in real estate/lease administration or related field.
• Hawaii Real Estate License or ability to obtain within first year.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, ground leases, and rent renegotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process real estate agreements and leases for diverse land assets.
• Support end-to-end lease transaction process including legal documents and negotiations.
• Monitor lease compliance, renewals, and tenancy issues.
• Analyze rent structures and maintain accurate lease data across systems.
• Assist asset managers with property tax assessments and budget reporting.
• Deliver prompt, professional tenant and stakeholder responses.
