Job summary

Magnet HR SPP is seeking a Leasing Agent to support our rental properties in Texas. The role focuses on welcoming prospective tenants, guiding them through tours, processing applications, and assisting with lease negotiations while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include marketing units, conducting screenings, coordinating with marketing, and maintaining accurate leasing records. A 2+ year background in leasing or property management, strong communication, and knowledge of fair

• Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet prospective tenants and guide them through the leasing process.
• Conduct property tours highlighting unit features and community amenities.
• Assist with applicant screening, background and credit checks compliant with policies.
• Support lease negotiations and explain terms, payments, and fees.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote available units across channels.
