Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales: make appointments, generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests; contribute to retention programs.
