Ayr Apartments in Indianapolis is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will welcome prospects, tour our communities, and build lasting relationships to match renters with homes that fit their needs.

As part of a team, you will follow up with leads, guide applicants through the leasing process, and coordinate move-ins while delivering outstanding customer service to future and current residents. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or multifamily leasing is preferred.
• Multifamily or luxury leasing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging, personalized tours of our apartment communities.
• Build relationships with prospects and help them find homes that fit their needs.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maximize leasing opportunities.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications and coordinate move-ins with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
