The Southern Land Company is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional for Arden Karl’s Farm in Northglenn, CO. You will greet prospective residents, present apartments, and manage CRM/PMS tasks with accuracy. The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and adherence to housing laws.

You will support marketing activities, conduct after-hours events monthly, and process lease applications efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards in a multi-family community.

• Ability to keep sensitive information highly confidential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong and pleasant telephone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal professionally with clients, vendors, and co-workers on the phone and in person.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, and carry multiple projects through to completion.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary.

Mansioni

• Greet future residents, determine needs and preferences, and professionally present property and specific apartments while providing features and benefits.
• Complete all reporting requirements including outreach marketing, traffic reports, daily checklists and CRM/PMS data entry.
• Assist in resident retention programs and attend after-hours events at least once per month.
• Enter all information into CRM, including prospect calls, visits, applicants, residents, and demographics.
• Process lease applications, collect income proofs, obtain approvals, and notify results within 24–72 hours; schedule pre-signing and move-in appointments.
• Assist with monthly advertising reviews and binder maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related laws.
