Job summary

Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm, seeks a full-time Assistant Community Manager for Arden Karl’s Farm in Northglenn, CO. The role emphasizes world-class resident service, strong organization, and reliable leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range is $57K-$60K based on experience; responsibilities include rent posting, lease management, inspections, staff training, and event coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience as an assistant manager.
• 3 years’ experience in property management.
• Fair Housing training.
• CAM certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists with daily, weekly, and month-end reporting including accurate reporting on resident ledgers.
• Posting rent and collections; manages delinquencies and evictions; prepares final statements after move-out.
• Secures and manages lease renewals and prepares lease paperwork for approval.
• Inspects community daily to ensure property standards.
• Assists with hiring and training of new staff.
• Monitors resident satisfaction and surveys; analyzes competitive landscape.
• Oversees property operations when Community Manager is absent.
• Assists with leasing and tours; prepares lease agreements as needed.
• Coordinates resident events and other duties as assigned.
