Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm, seeks a full-time Leasing Professional in Northglenn, CO. You will greet prospective residents, present properties, and deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating lease processes.

The pay rate is $23-$25/hour based on experience. The role requires excellent organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales, customer service, or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet future residents, assess needs, and present property and apartments withBenefits.
• Maintain CRM and PMS with all prospect and resident activity and reports.
• Assist in resident retention events and marketing activities.
• Enter all information into CRM, process lease applications, and notify results within 24–72 hours.
• Schedule move-in appointments and related tasks; manage communications as needed.
• Support monthly advertising reviews and binder maintenance.
• Adhere to Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA and applicable laws.
