Job summary

Goldmark Property Management Inc. is looking for a part-time Leasing Specialist at Luxford Court in Fargo. The Leasing Specialist will be the heart of the connection with residents, providing exceptional customer service and managing the leasing process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a customer-service mindset. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with potential commissions, and you can earn up to 20% rent discount while working under a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance required.
• Prior experience in property management preferred but not required.
• National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property and present available apartment homes.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process according to procedures.
• Conduct property and apartment inspections.
• Use customer management systems for relationship building.
• Market properties daily via social media.
• Address and respond to resident requests and concerns.
