Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Stonefield in Bismarck, ND. This role focuses on engaging with prospective residents, guiding them through tours, and closing leases while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and top-tier resident satisfaction.

The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour with potential commissions and incentives, a guaranteed first-quarter monthly minimum, and a rent discount through the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
• Prior property management experience preferred but not required.
• NALP or similar certifications desirable.
• Strong sales skills with drive to close.
• Customer service mindset.
• Self-driven with time management and multi-tasking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property and available apartment homes to prospective residents and close the sale.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish per company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Conduct property, building, and apartment inspections to maintain attractive appearance and report maintenance needs.
• Daily use of CRM to build relationships with prospective and current residents and document communications.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams as needed.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents and address requests or concerns.
