Job summary

True Homes in the United States is seeking a Leasing Coordinator I to manage lead portfolios for assigned properties and convert leads into tenants. You will perform property showings, move-ins, and vacancy walks while keeping knowledge of product and availability up to date.

You will drive occupancy targets and ensure vacancies are marketed at high quality, with timely lease documentation and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• One or more years of experience in leasing, sales or customer service.
• Basic marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates buy-in and alignment with the True Homes culture.
• Manages assigned lead portfolios with established processes.
• Maintains familiarity with all available properties, pricing and dates.
• Coordinates and conducts property showings for prospective tenants.
• Markets vacancies with high-quality listings and accurate rates.
• Monitors marketing platforms to maximize exposure and lead generation.
• Ensures vacant units meet showing standards prior to appointments.
• Produces complete lease documentation for approved applications.
• Completes move-in orientations and supports tenants.
• Escalates prospect requests to Leasing Manager when needed.
• Adheres to processes and demonstrates Five Star service.
