Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a motivated Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in for U.S. residential properties.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and lead conversion, with experience in real estate or property management and proficiency with lead generation platforms. You will respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, coordinate showings, and drive occupancy while complying with fair housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the residential leasing process.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple prospects and applications simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM, property management, or leasing software.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and local leasing requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and leasing platforms.
• Qualify prospective tenants based on property requirements, rental criteria, and availability.
• Schedule and coordinate property showings, virtual tours, and follow-ups.
• Conduct property tours and clearly communicate property features, pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Manage leasing leads through the CRM and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize lead conversion and occupancy.
• Process rental applications and coordinate screening, verification, and required documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documentation.
