Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for Ballard on the Park in Seattle. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include tours (virtual and in-person), move-in experiences, renewals, market research, event planning, and resident communications. Competitive compensation includes housing discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi/One Site experience desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Community event planning and execution
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
• Assisting in lease renewals
• Respond to resident concerns
